Currently: Department Manager for a multi-functional engineering department of 36 employees. We are responsible for the design and development of oil field completion equipment for Halliburton worldwide. In this position I am responsible for team performance in developing products to cost and time milestones. I also am responsible for employee development, department budgeting and reporting of progress to product line managers. I also participate in the site leadership team to constantly analyze and improve processes and procedures.

Previous Positions: Team Leader (1 yr) for development team of 5 employees.

Program Manager (3 yrs) for the development of Halliburton’s Multilateral completion product line.

Technical Advisor (6 yrs) and primary technical focal point for all technical matters related to downhole tools for North Sea, Europe, Africa, & Middle East regions while based in Leiderdorp, Netherlands.

Mechanical design engineer (10 yrs) on sales products in various product lines. This required mechanical design and calculations, proficiency in CADAM and other computer skills, overseeing prototype manufacture, designing test fixtures and procedures, and supervising/conducting testing as required.
