    The average wage rate for a co-op student is $15.56 per hour, which is fairly cost-effective for your company.
  • Do I have to hire the student when the program is over?
    No, there is no obligation to hire students. However, due to our students’ good performance, productivity and adaptation to the working environment, a high percentage of co-ops are hired by their coop companies when they graduate.
