So, it was time to replace the clutch on the MINI. We'll get to why in a little while. Anyway, while replacing the clutch I decided to replace the flywheel and differential also. After all, it takes a long time to tear everything down, so it makes sense to do it now.

The parts here are: Spec aluminum flywheel, Spec stage 2 clutch disk and pressure plate, a new release bearing, and a Quaife limited slip differential - yep, the famous LSD! No, the other one.
