The Multiple-Valued Logic Technical Committee of the IEEE Computer Society will hold its 38th annual symposium on May 22-23, 2008 in Dallas, Texas. The event is sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society and Southern Methodist University.

  Authors of selected papers will be asked to provide an extended version to be published in
  a special issue of the Journal of Multiple-Valued Logic and Soft Computing.
  

• You are invited to submit an original paper, survey or tutorial paper on any subject in the area of multiple-valued logic, including but not limited to:

  Algebra and Formal Aspects	ATPG and SAT
  Automatic Reasoning	Circuit/Device Implementation
  Communication Systems	Computer Arithmetic
  Data Mining	Fuzzy Logic and Soft Computing
  Image Processing	Logic Design and Switching Theory
  Logic Programming	Machine Learning and Robotics
  Nanotechnology	Philosophical Aspects
  Quantum Computing	Signal Processing
  Spectral Techniques	Verification

  Paper submissions will be accomplished electronically using an automated submission system. All papers will undergo a review process and accepted papers will appear in IEEE-CS sponsored proceedings in electronic format. CD proceedings will be distributed to symposium registrants and the proceedings will also appear in the IEEE Xplore archive. Each manuscript should include a 50-100 word abstract and should not exceed 6 pages in the 2-column proceedings format.
