The M.S. in Facilities Management emphasizes architectural
and structural design, planning, energy management, engineering
systems, environmental issues, and financial and asset management.
The program was specifically developed to meet the needs of
part-time students already working in industry. Accordingly,
the required 30 term-credit hours of course work is interdisciplinary,
stressing an integrated approach to the field. All facilities
management, civil engineering, and environmental graduate
courses are offered with evening class times, and via distance
learning, to accommodate the busy schedules of working professionals.
Admission Requirements
