Catalog Description:

The management of a technical organization’s operations can contribute to the strategic goals and objectives of the enterprise. By analyzing and managing operations as systems, strategic choices are shown to drive design and operating decisions. The course covers the tools and techniques for solving problems to achieve the overall goals and strategies of manufacturing and services organizations.
