Four undergraduates from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering were selected for an internship with Sabre Holdings' office in Krakow, Poland. The students are:

Also selected for the internship was Jon Haghayeghi who is currently an EE undergrad. These students were selected based upon academic achievement, letters of recommendation as well as three rounds of interviews.

Internships are a fantastic way for students to gain full-time work experience. SMU Engineering students have a number of opportunities to gain work experience before graduation through professional development opportunities such as this internship as well as various co-ops.

The CSE Department would like to congratulate these students on this great achievement and wish them the best of luck during their time in Krakow.
