Q: How do TAs get access to locked cabinets in a lab?
A: Department Coordinators dispense keys or lock combinations.
   
Q: What should I do if I have run out of print quota printing hand-outs for students?
A: Hand-outs can be made on the copiers by Department Coordinators. Do not use your print quota for this.
   
Q: How do I load software on a lab PC?
A: You don’t. To get software loaded for class use, please ask your professor to e-mail help@engr.smu.edu at least two (2) weeks before the software is needed to arrange a change in the lab software load. We can only comply when copyright and licensing agreements are in order. No illegal software can be installed on any School of Engineering computer.
   
Q: How do I get help with my SMU account, Access, Email, WebCT, Blackboard or connecting to the network from the dorm?
